This is a chicken noodle soup that is not brothy but has a few veggies, thick and hearty. It looks like a lot of ingredients but it is just spices.
Put chicken, boullion, garlic, parsley, rosemary, basil, pepper, water in a stock pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add cream of chicken soup, onion, celery and carrots, 2 packages and bring to a boil, then let sit for 30 minutes covered to steam the noodles. You can also shorten this process by simply boiling for 10 minutes. I like the sitting part only because I can get the other items ready and set the table for dinner : ).
