Preparation
1. Heat sugar, glucose and water to boil, allow to cool for 5 minutes.
2. Place the basil leaves in a beaker.
3. Add the hot sugar syrup to the basil leaves.
4. Allow to cool.
5. Freeze at -8F/-22?C for 24 hours before processing.
