Recipe from Tasty Kitchen
"Incredibly quick and easy! Everyone, including my teenage son that doesn't like ANYTHING loves it. I have made it with tilapia and swai both, actually like swai better. Throw a bag of steamer veggies in the microwave and dinner is ready in20 minutes. I don't even thaw the fish, just drain off the excess moisture. Excellent!" - Weetie33Yield: 4 Servings Ready in 20 minutes

Easy Baked Parmesan Tilapia Preparation
1) Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2) Pat tilapia dry (if frozen, it should be thawed first) with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Lay on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 10-12 minutes. While fish is baking, mix butter with garlic, thyme and parmesan cheese.
3) Remove fish from oven and gently flip. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of butter mixture on the fish, and heat the broiler in your oven. Set fish under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes, or until cheese gets golden and bubbly.

I added Romano instead of Parmesan and used smart balance buttery spread light with flaxseed oil and Italian breadcrumbs :-d
