Mom's recipe for dough to make swieback buns for baking in the oven.
Place ingredients in order in breadmaker machine. Use dough setting on breadmaker machine. When breadmaker dough cycle is over, turn out and punch down. Let rest 10-15 minutes, then make buns. Form zwiebach by squeezing out two balls of dough, about golf-ball sized, but one larger and one smaller. Place smaller on top of larger, and poke down with one or two fingers. Let buns rise for 1/2 hour. Bake at 375° Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Note: I adjusted the temperature for my oven to 350F
