Suggest a better descriptionIn a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sale, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts. In another bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Turn onto floured surface; gently knead 3-4 times. Roll dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut with a 2 1/2" biscuit cutter and place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
