This is my favorite of his recipes. He just made it up one day. I usually prepare them a day ahead to intensify the flavors. The amount on the ingredients is just a guide. I never measure, I just simply shake according to my mood....Feel free to add other spices if you wish.
Lay 1 ear of corn on tin foil and spray with cooking spray turning to coat.
Sprinkle with spices.
Wrap tin foil around corn.
Refrigerate until ready to grill.
Heat on grill, medium heat for about 1/2 hour, turning every 15 minutes.
All spices are approximate - we just sprinkle a little of each.
