Not a tomato sauce lover? This is a simple dish made with cheese instead of tomato sauce.
Very good meal in 30 minutes.
Brown ground beef in a skillet (season with salt & pepper to taste) and drain. Return to skillet add beef bouillon and bring to a simmer.
Cook spaghetti in a 6qt. pan. (per instructions on the packaging)..
Cut Velveta cheese into 1 inch cubes.
Drain the spaghetti, return to the pan, add the ground beef and Velvet cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
If necessary, maintain low heat to help melt the cheese. Do not over heat.
Serves 6 to 8
Add onion and/or garlic while browning the ground beef.
Be careful not to use to much bouillon, it will make the sauce to thin.
Serve with your favorite toast
