On stovetop, boil rice to soften with water or add chicken broth if handy for about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Mix in a bowl, soup, salsa, corn, beans and rice. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Top with chicken and season with chili powder and salt and pepper if desired. Bake covered at 375 for 45 minutes then sprinkle with cheese and broil until cheese is melted.
