Easy spin on a classic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the soups, 1/2 cup milk, thyme, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Stir in veggies and chicken.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. In a small bowl, stir the Biscuit mix with 2/3 cup of milk until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
