Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix first four ingredients except fish in small bowl. place fillets in an ovenproof cassarole dish. drizzle marinade over the fish then cook for 12 min or until it flakes easily.

wash and peel off any loose or damaged leaves from sprouts, trim root ends and cut each in half. cook bacon and walnuts in large ovenproof skillet over med low heat until bacon begins to crisp and walnuts are toasted, about 3 min.
transfer the bacon and walnuts to a bowl with a slotted spoon. add brussels sprouts to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. put the pan in the oven and roast the brussels sprouts for 20 minutes or so. add the bacon and walnuts and continue to roast until sprouts are cooked through and golden. 10-15 min more.
