Suggest a better descriptionPut the vinegar, hot sauce, salt, black pepper and red peppers in a jar. Screw on the lid and shake the jar to mix the ingredients. Set aside.
Cover the potatoes with cold water. Add the vinegar sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender, 45 to 60 minutes. Drain. Top with melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
