| 16 ouncesSour cream; at room temperature |
| 1 packageTaco Seasoning Mix |
| 1/4 headLettuce; chopped |
| 4 Tomatoes; chopped |
| 7 ouncesCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 2 bagsTortilla chips |
Taco Dip Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Pour into a shallow serving dish, i.e. pie plate or baking tray.
Top with a layer of lettuce, followed by tomatoes and then cheddar cheese.
Notes
Depending on the area of the serving dish, you can vary the thickness of the cream cheese base. This may also vary the amount of tomatoes or cheese.
