Suggest a better descriptionBoil the pasta until aldente. Add in the 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix until butter is melted, and let cool in a large bowl.
While cooling, julienne the carrots, chop the broccoli, and almonds, then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Add veggie mixture to the cooled pasta, then mix in the teaspoon of lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for an hour or so, and enjoy (:
(Great for appetizers, a light dinner, or on a picnic !)
