Suggest a better descriptionPut pepperonis on the panini grill and cook till somewhat crisp. Once you remove them, grab several paper towels layered together and soak/wipe up the grease.
Layer 10 pepperonis on each slice of bread.
Brush on a thin layer of sauce on top of pepperonis on each slice of bread.
Place mozzarella on one side of bread.
Brush thin layer of Pesto on top of cheese.
Place two halves together, lightly spray outsides of bread with butter, place on grill until cheese melts or desired darkness.
