> Saute garlic in cooking oil until golden brown. Add onion and saute until translucent.
> Add ground pork. Cook well until brown (~ 5 minutes).
> Stir in tomatoes and cook until mushy (or add tomato sauce).
> Add water and beef/pork cube. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer until pork is tender (~20 minutes).
> Add potatoes, carrots & raisins. Cook until tender & raisins are softened (~ 12 minutes).
> Add bell pepper & cook until crisp-tender.
> Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
> > Put in the boiled eggs and turn off the heat.Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
