This is a perfect sauce to drizzle over a great chicken dish. It also works great on fish as well.
1.Get a sauce pan and put it on medium heat with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2.Finely chop the onions, garlic, and ginger root.
3.Add the onions to the pan, and cook for a minute.
4.Add the garlic and ginger.
5.Cook for a few minutes until the onions start to get slightly brown (about 3-5 minutes).
6.Add the chicken stock and turn the heat up to med high-high.
7.Add all spices to pan.
8.After stock starts to boil add the honey mustard dressing to the pan and start to constantly stir until the stock has been reduced by half.
9.Add the heavy cream and reduce heat to low and let sauce thicken.
Keep tasting the sauce after you add any of the spices and dressing so that it does not come out too sweet or spicy for your taste.
Also if you want to really thicken the sauce up add a little bit of cornstarch to it.
