Suggest a better descriptionBrown beef with onion in skillet then drain. Add taco seasoning, beans, cheese and salsa. Place heaping 1/3 c of mixture in center of tortilla. Fold opposite sides of tortilla over filling forming rectgangle; secrue with wooden toothpick.
Pour enough oil in large skillet to cover chimichangas. Heat oil to 325 degrees. Fry chimichangas in batches, 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve with toppings.
