Mushroom Gravy for all purposes
In a saucepan over medium heat, add mushrooms to pan drippings and stir 3-5 minutes.
Add flour and stir until coated.
Add ingredients mustard through pepper to pan.
Gradually whisk in broths.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes, whisking often.
Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
