Dairy-free version of Kristen's Macaroni Grill favorite
Combine yeast, sugar and warm water in bowl of food processor and let sit to proof. Once yeast mixture becomes bubbly add remaining ingredients except egg. Knead in food processor and/or by hand until smooth and elastic. Oil a bowl, put dough ball in it and cover with towel. Let rise about one hour until doubled in size. Divide into two balls. Let rest 5 minutes. Shape into loaves. Wash with egg, sprinkle with rosemary. Let rise until doubled - about 45 minutes. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375(F) degrees.
