Suggest a better descriptionPrepare stuffing according to directions on box. Mix chicken, stuffing and mayonnaise in a bowl. Stuff cooked shells with stuffing mixture. Mix together soup and water on stovetop. Pour a small amount of soup in bottom of casserole dish. Lay stuffed shells in dish and then pour remainder of soup over top. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.
