Chicken garlic dish.
In a big pot, add a little oil to the pot & sear the chicken. Once finished, pull out chicken and add enough oil to cover the bottom of pot. Lightly brown the potatoes in the pot. Remove the potatoes. Add the garlic, cook till it starts to smell a little. Add a little chicken broth to pot and loosen up anything stuck to bottom of pot. Add the chicken, potatoes and rest of ingredients to the pot. Then add equal parts wine and chicken broth to the mix. Add enough wine & broth to just about cover the mix. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and allow it to simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. It's done when the potatoes slide off a knife.
