Very fast chicken variation on sheppards pie.
Preheat the oven to 350(F). Prepare gravy according to package directions. Take the gravy off the stove and mix the frozen vegetables in. Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions. Cube chicken. Mix chicken in with gravy mix. Place in a casserole dish, spread mashed potatoes on top, and top with cheese. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until everything is bubbly and golden on the edges and the cheese is melted.
