Chop apples into medium sized pieces. Place in pot. Add the rest of ingredients into the pot and cover. Simmer on medium heat until the apples are soft and tender.
Once the apples are done, place the apples into a blender and blend until the desired consistency.
Add a little more brown sugar to taste.
