Grease 9 x 13 pan and lightly flour
Pour cake into pan
Add 1 1/2 cups of sugar to rhubarb and strawberries
Lay on top of cake mix dough
Pour 1 pint of whipping cream on top of all ingredients
Bake at 375 for 1 hour...or whatever temp the directions for the cake states.
