Slow Cooker Pork Sirloin Tip Roast with Balsamic Vinegar, Rosemary and Red onions
Trim fat
Mix all spices and rub
Heat oil in large frying pan
Brown on all sides
Add beef stock to frying pan / simmer on high until reduced to approx 1/2
Strain liquid then add back to pan, add vinegar and cook 5 min
Add to crock pot and cook about 2 hours on high (4-5 hours on low)
Slice onion and add individual rings to the meat
Cook on HIGH an additional 60-90 minutes
