Suggest a better descriptionBring water and bulgur to a boil and cover. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Chill. Combine the cooked chilled bulgur with the remaining ingredients.
Combine and mix into salad bowl until dressing is well distributed. Serves 4 to 6. Option: Leave out the cucumber and add more tomatoes.
