The easiest way to make a low calorie icecream snack!!!
Grab a medium aged banana and peel it. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 4 hours or until its completely frozen. Take it out and unwrap it. Cut it into small slices (the best you can) and put it in a good blender. Blend it until it is smooth and looks like soft serve. Pour or scrap it out into a bowl and enjoy! *the size of the banana does effect the time/ serving size.
Don't add anything to the mixture because it tastes great alone. Feel free to if you really want a different flavor (other than banana, duh)
