Salt and pepper chicken and broil with bottoms up. Once browned, turn and broil more. Meanwhile, heat remaining ingredients. Remove wings to paper towel lined plates. Pat dry. Dip in sauce and serve right away.
When we grill these we skip the paper towel step. Don't forget the celery and blue cheese dressing to complete the platter.
