A delicious and easy pork recipe. Its nice with the potatoes cooked in as suggested but also lovely served over rice.
Combine the soup, wine, mustard, salt and garlic then mix well.
If using potatoes peel and slice them and place on the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer the pork chops over the potatoes and sprinkle with a little pepper.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chops. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
If I don't have commercially prepared honey mustard I combine: 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon honey. Tastes great and makes the 1/4 cup needed.
