Suggest a better descriptionMeasure dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in the butter until the dough is flaky. Add the milk, a little at a time, until the dough forms into a ball. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 5-10 times. DO NOT OVERKNEAD!!! Roll out with a rolling pin until it is 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a cookie cutter, or an upside down glass and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425' for 10 minutes.
