Suggest a better descriptionPeel potatoes and then boil in balsamic vinegar. Cool. Cut into bite size pieces. Cook bacon, set aside. Hard boil dozen eggs, set 4 aside for decorating. In large bowl combine sweet pickle relish, onion, celery, parsley, bacon, and eggs. Mix well and then add potatoes and mayonnaise.
Decorate with lines of paprika and dry parsley. Then dot with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
