A great pasta salad recipe given to me by my sister-in-law ~ not sure where she got it from
Cook pasta according to instructions. While cooking, combine garlic, red onion, olives, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Add the olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
Strain the pasta when cooked and place in bowl with the rest of combined ingredients. Stir in the crumbled feta just before serving.
