Kulfi is a style of ice cream traditionally sold by Indian street vendors, especially during hot summer months.Try this flavorsome cool chai cardamom kulfi before the end of summer as a perfect light dessert.
In a non stick pan bring milk to boil with tea bags and cardamom pods. Make sure to open them before adding it to milk. Remove tea bags and keep it aside. Let it cool completely.
Once cooled add condensed milk, cashew pieces, raisins and chopped pistachios.
Beat heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
Gently fold in heavy cream into the prepared milk mixture. Mix gently to make sure everything is properly mixed.
Divide the mixture into kulfi molds or ice cream molds. Refrigerate overnight.
Dip the molds in hot water before unmolding them.
