A wonderful combnation of flavors when brought together make the best tomato jam you'v ever tasted. you will immediately notice several layers
of flavors here, with just the right subtle hint of heat on the back side.
1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan, slowly bring to a boil over e medium heat, make sure you stir often so as to not let it burn.
2. Reduce the heat, allow to simmer, stirring occassionally,
3. when mixture has consistancy of sticky jam, ( approx 1 hour ) taste and adjust seasoning to your preference if needed.
cool and refrigerate until your ready to use.
I primarily posted this to go along with my Quarry BLT Sandwich, however you may enjoy it on other sandwiches as a replacement for tomato, or just as a spread on bagls or eglish muffins etc..
