Suggest a better descriptionIn an uncovered microwavable dish, combine rice and liquid. Set timer for 18 minutes on HIGH power. Start. Once the mixture starts to boil over (this is the inexact point), switch power to medium and continue the remaining time. Let mixture sit about 5 minutes to allow liquid to absorb. Dish into a bowl and and sugar (optional), nutmeg, and cinnamon. You can add extra milk at this point. Great cold also. Posted by Michelle Dick, FATFREE listowner, while list was down.
