Suggest a better descriptionSlice the baguette thinly, on an angle, then lightly toast one side.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and butter. Add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat. Add the vanilla beans and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Take out the vanilla beans, and scrape the inside back into the dish. Add the cream and heat 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and spoon over the toasted baguettes!
