Cut FLOUR, SHORTENING and SALT together with pastry cutter, until in small clumps that resemble tiny pebbles that fall apart easily when clumped together.
In separate bowl, mix EGG, VINEGAR and WATER. Add to flour mixture and roll out.
If problems, place in refrigerator for a short time. before rolling.
