Suggest a better descriptionBoil water & butter until butter is melted. Add flour & salt. Stir over heat. Take mixture off stove & add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Put on greased cookie sheets by dropping from soup spoon. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Cool puffs on wire rack. Cut in half with serrated knife & pull out the webby part. Fill with pudding mixture. Dust with powdered sugar & refrigerate. Filling: Make instant pudding using only 1-3/4 cup milk. Beat 2 minutes & place in refrigerator.
