Suggest a better descriptionPlace washed and chopped greens in 12qt. pot with onions, garlic, and water. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Strain greens and reserve liquid. Purée greens in food processor and pour into mixing bowl; add flour, blend, and set aside.
Dice all meats into 1" pieces and add to 12qt. pot. Add in the reserved liquid, bring to boil and cook for 30 minutes. Add puréed greens, thyme, salt & cayenne pepper (to taste). Cover and continue to simmer about 1 hour until meat is tender. Add water, if necessary. Add file powder, stir well. Serve over steamed rice.
