Suggest a better descriptionmelt butter in saute pan over medium high heat. add onions, carrots, broccoli, peas. cook until veggies are tender. add rice and saute until golden brown. add stock and stir well. cover and reduce heat to low. simmer for 25 minutes. remove lid and increase heat to high. add eggs and stir continuously until eggs are cooked through.
