Makes 4 cups. Mildly spicy, almost fruity, fresh herbal condiment. Fantastic on fish, chicken, sauteed mushrooms. Also great for soup, mashed avocados, or as a dip.
Put half ingredients plus oil into processor, pulse until smooth. Add balance. pulse until smooth. Depending on your processor, may need to add small amounts at a time to get it smooth.
When smooth, pour into airtight container. Good in fridge for up to 3 days.
