Suggest a better descriptionCarefully remove yolk from whites. Place whites, cut side up, on a plate. With the back of a spoon, press yolks through a sieve into a small bowl, or mash in a bowl with a fork. Add the avocado, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Mash with a fork till blended. Using a teaspoon, carefully stuff whites with yolk mixture, mounding the tops.
