Suggest a better descriptionRemove stem and seeds from peppers. Brown onion and ground pork until not pink. Drain fat. Remove from heat. Add salt, rice, paprika and egg. Lightly fill peppers. Arrange in baking dish and pour on tomato sauce. Bake in 375 F. oven for 1 hour. Can par-boil peppers in Micro. for 3-4 minutes before filling and do final cooking in Microwave for 20-25 minutes.
