Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and water; beat until creamy. Gradually flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
Drop by slightly rounded tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let set for 1 minute before transferring to wire rack.
