Fresh rolls with herring eggs, sea asparagus (Sitka, AK)
Use with lovage and yarrow dipping sauce
For each roll:
1. Lay out a sheet of bloomed paper and add ingredients down the middle.
2. Roll all the edges of the paper in to seal it.
3. For best results, a light brush of oil will keep the rolls from sticking, or use a damp paper towel to store in refrigerator.
