Suggest a better descriptionIn a small mixer bowl, beat powdered sugar, butter and almond extract until smooth. Beat in enough milk until of piping consistency. For spreadable icing, add a little more milk. Stir in a few drops of food coloring, if desired.
I use paste food coloring from the craft store.
