A simple yet elegant dish
1. Melt buffer in a pan, add apples, sultanas, sugar, cinnamon and water. Cook, stirring occasions until apples are just soft then add lemon juice.
2. Roll Puff pastry thinly into 2 rectangles approx 24cm. x 14cm. Brush cooking plates with Sunflower oil and place one sheet of pastry on the cooking plates.
3. Top with apple filling and cover with second layer of pastry. Cook for approx 4 minutes until pastry is golden brown in a Sandwich Toaster.
4. Trim any excess pastry and serve with whipped cream or custard.
