Paleo dinner
Preheat oven to 400 deg
Slice apples and onions thinly
Slice along the length of the sausage
Stuff sausage with apple slices
Wrap with 1-2 strips of bacon
If needed use a skewer to hold the bacon around the sausage
Spray bottom on baking dish with olive oil
Place onions on dish
Lay bacon-apple sausages on top
Cover with foil
In a separate glass bowl place leftover apples, a couple of pats of butter and cinnamon into dish. Cover with foil.
Bake everything for approximately 40-45 minutes or until done.
