Sift dry ingredient togetherBy hand or with electric mixer, cream butter with sugarsAdd egg and beat until blendedReduce speed and add applesauce and dry ingredientsStir in oats, raisins, chocolate chips and nuts.Drop by level tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet about 1" apart.Bake in 375 oven for 8-10 minutes.
