Suggest a better descriptionCombine and toss broccoli slaw, carrots and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients, except peanuts. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well. Refrigerate and marinate a minimum of 15 minutes. Toss before serving and sprinkle on peanuts.
